Adult Art Therapy Group

Weekly Virtual Art Therapy Group

Description

During this weekly art therapy group, you’ll be guided through meditation, art expression, and sharing designed to encourage creative play, emotional expression, and connection with self and others.

Art making can support us in re-connecting with our mind, body, and spirit. This group is catered to adult participants, who are yearning for something relaxing and creative. No art experience is required. The focus is on the process, exploration, discovery, and play.

This group is donation based: Pay what you can each week, with a suggested donation of $20/group. We hope to see you each week, but allow for flexibility if there are scheduling conflicts.
